Should of read the reviews before staying here. Did have a really good deal from Booking.com. Got to Lancaster at 2:00 pm check in was at 4:00 pm. Went up to the desk who said our room was all set just needed to be cleaned. Checked back in at 4:00 Pm. Line almost out the door. Got up to check in at 4:30 and was told they changed our room from a King sized bed to two full beds. This was a week end away. Told them that was not good enough. Was told the only thing they could do was to cancel our reservation. Are you kidding me. I looked around for the camera's thinking we had been Punk'd by our teens. We were repeatedly told that the only thing they could do was to cancel our reservation. We asked for the supervisor, so the gentlemen left and told us that they would give us one night free but we still had to take the two full beds. We told him that was not good enough and again were told he could cancel our reservation. We told him if they gave us both nights free we would take that room. He had to go back to the supervisor and came back and told us again that he could cancel our reservation. The supervisor came out from the back to speak to him and he told us they would give us there king suite. That was great we thought. This all took another half hour. So a total of one hour waiting to get our room. The kind of two rooms, that they considered a suite, only had one heater so it was very cold. We had three sinks. Turned all three on trying to find some hot water. After a while you did get hot water. Had a small fridge with a microwave on it which is also where the closet was. One TV that was in the living room area. Went to get a shower. Had the hot water all the way on. Was a little warm. I do not know where the hot water was in this place. Did find a control for heat on the tiles on the floor. Figured why not. That was the only nice part of the room. The bathroom was always warm. A shame the water was not hot. One light did not work and the alarm clock did not work. The phone light kept blinking that we had a message. Called for maintenance, which came right away. The light needed an extension cord. Guess no one figured that out before hand. The clock was stuck, so he got that unstuck. He got an number to get the message for us and were told there were 87 messages on the phone. He did remove all of them before he left. The phone had no directions to tell you how to get messages.
