Sad to say our location was on the edge of Route 30. Ok that was a slight exaggeration we were a good 20 feet from the 9 lane high speed highway. (Picture attached, notice the noise wall across the highway but not on the hotel side) The noise in the parking lot made it almost impossible to communicate (as noted in other posts). Going into the room cut the noise considerably but it remained constant and very noticeable. To be fair they did make an effort with additional panes of glass attached to the sliding glass doors and some of the windows. We had no problems with headlights shining in but the noise certainly put a damper on the visit. After the first night we asked to be moved to another room but were told that since we were traveling with a pet all other rooms were full. Our dog barked at the noise and we did the best we could to keep her quiet but to be honest I doubt anyone else in the building could hear the barking over the traffic. We were in a club suite which was in a separate building from the main hotel. Each building had what appeared to be 4-8 units. Our room was in the building closest to the highway. The room 553 on the 2nd floor was very nice. When you opened the door from the parking lot it led directly to a narrow staircase. The staircase was part of the room with no additional door at the top. Full size kitchen, nice sitting area with a gas fireplace and flat panel tv. One downside on the TV was no high def channels; everything was stretched to fit the screen. Bathroom was on the small size but certainly functional. Bed was comfortable. Overall room was clean and odor free with the only ption being a charcoal type smell at the bottom of the stairs. We stayed 3 nights but will not return.

We have just returned from a weekend at the Eden Resort & Suites. The hotel is wonderful. The room was spacious and well maintained. The restaurants were very good. The landscaping was beautiful.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to goin back in the spring.

We recently went to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire in Manaheim, PA (Lancaster County) for the weekend. We stayed at the Best Western Eden Resort in Lancaster. Wow, what a fantastic weekend, which started with the luxurious accommodations at the Eden Resort. We purchased one of their many packages which included dinner and breakfast in one of their restaurants and tickets to the faire. They have 2 pools, one of which is an indoor pool and spa. It is decorated like being in Eden, hence the name I guess. So peaceful and relaxing and romantic. We stayed in one of the King size suites, so roomy and comfortable. We did stay there 2 years ago and I can't wait to go again. I would even go there just to stay for the weekend. It is just an absolutely fabulous place in a beautiful area of Pennsylvania and I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I was here for a two day seminar. The room was spacious, clean and the shower is amazing (two shower heads!). I appreciated the security, to go above the first floor you must use your room key to access the elevator.

We ate at Garfields and the food was very good, noticed a lot of people coming in for take out. The food served for the seminar was excellent.

But best of all was the staff, on the day we were to check out my husband was having a problem with his back and could barely walk. They were kind enough to take our luggage out of our room and place it in our car. She then helped my husband to a seat in the lobby and had the restaurant bring him his lunch so that he wouldn't have to walk around.
