This is the third time over a period of three years that we have visited this hotel. It is still consistently good! The service, ambiance, and free breakfast bar was excellent. Free coffee and tea is always provided 24/7 in the lobby. In the evening, sometimes cookies are provided. It was Christmas time and the hotel lobby was nicely decorated. We plan to return!

I travel all over the country and like to stay at the better quality chains Hampton Inns, Courtyard, Hyatt Place and others that are highly rated. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful room was clean and quiet. The Breakfast bar was plentiful

I stay here often on business with RR Don and it is always excellent. Service is great, coffee always fresh. Rooms are clean and have plenty of TV channels. There is one woman that works that is always upbeat and pleasant. She was recently promoted and it is easy to see why.

We visited Lancaster after Thanksgiving. The check in was fast and you were off to your room. The room was very clean, well maintained and we had a wonderful nights rest. The breakfast is nothing fancy but it is fresh. They are close to the highway but no traffic is heard from the road.

It's close to the vistor center - which we stopped at before checking in.
Found a new attraction - Gift of Lights at Elizabeth Farms in Lititz, PA (Definately worth checking out)
Also, I suggest the Sight & Sound Theatre, we were quite impressed. It's Broadway quality. Met some nice people from New York and other areas.

I did notice the mutiple awards that this hotel has received.
