“Cold beer and great food on a hot day!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

If in Peddlers Village try and beat the lunch rush. Eat before 1 and sit at the bar if you can. Great food and great service and very cold beer.

“Great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013

After spending the day walking around Peddler's Village, this is the perfect spot to stop and have a nice lunch or dinner. They have the BEST chicken corn chowder. We just love having a meal here!

“Always good service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

Back at Hart's for lunch with the family. Tried the pulled pork for a change and would have to rate it as just OK. Probably will not order again as I have some concern it has been around a little past it's prime. My two dining partners however had very tasty looking meals, a Texas Petal chicken sandwich and a traditional burger. Both were very pleased and actually had trouble finishing as there was so much to the meal.
We all had desert, the red velvet cake and the peanut butter pie, and we were not disappointed. The other great thing about Hart's is the service. We have always had pleasant servers, and today's was exceptional. Marie was one step ahead of us today and seemed to read our minds on what we needed before we even asked.
If you are looking to grab lunch in an informal setting, this is the place. Great burgers, deserts and staff bring us back often!

“Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Enjoyed lunch at the Hart's Tavern. Had a 15% off coupon from our stay at Golden Plough Inn so that was a plus. We had the potato soup, french onion soup, burger, beef sandwich and iced teas. Everything was very tasty and done just right.

“Great Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

First of all the place was packed, line out the door. But we got a table in about ten minutes, the sandwich selection was good, the beer selection better.
Sam Adams Spring Brew on tap, my day was made all ready.
I had the Swiss Alps Burger, a large burger Swiss Cheese , onions mushrooms , it was cooked perfect.
My wife had a Turkey Sandwich , complete with stuffing and cranberry sauce on a roll, a meal in it self.
Service was fast, the waitress excellent, over all a very nice lunch.
