“Beautiful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary. We were very impressed with the Inn. DJ and his wife were extremely helpful. They were able to answer any questions we had and were able to direct us to the activities we were looking for. The breakfast was excellent and I looked forward to them each morning. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch and our wine at night by the fire. The Roebling Inn surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. We hope to visit again soon !

My family just celebrated its annual family reunion and we used the Roebling Inn as our primary place of lodging. It was a wonderful choice. Joann and D.J., the propietors, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfasts were DELICIOUS. The location of the Inn is excellent in being so close to the Delaware River and to other attractions both on the New York and Pennsylvania sides. We heartily recommend the Inn to anyone visiting the area and seeking a very special, pampering place to stay. Dabney & Al, Reston VA

We had another wonderful experience at The Roebling Inn on the Delaware. JoAnn and DJ went out of their way to make us welcome and help us out with whatever we needed. The front porch is a wonderful spot to relax with a nice view of the Delaware River.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked for two nights and extended our stay to five nights. The Inn is in a convenient location and the owner provided us with excellant ideas on what to see in the area by giving us day tour agendas to suit our interests. The breakfasts were very good and there was always plenty to offer. Look forward to returning someday.

Can't say enough about this wonderful B&B. It is a charming, immaculate, relaxing spot. The setting is beautiful - on the Delaware River with the historic Roebling bridge next door - not to mention the view of eagles soaring overhead. Our host DJ was so welcoming, kind and gracious - made a point to let us know that no request was too small or too large. And can he cook! The breakfast was more than adequate - in fact, we didn't even need lunch that day! Delicious homemade quiche and zucchini bread as well as cereals, fresh fruit, bagels & cream cheese, English muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee & teas. He is also willing to make something else to cater to different tastes as well as food allergies. And the welcoming always-full cookie jar is a "sweet" touch! Free Wi-Fi is available as well as television and a large selection of DVD's to borrow. One can pass the time quietly rocking on the front porch or sitting closer to the river on comfortable Adirondack chairs. Beds were very comfortable, window air-conditioners were in place and bathrooms were immaculate. I would highly recommend The Roebling Inn - you will not be disappointed! In fact, I can't wait to stay there again when we have more time to stay longer, instead of just passing through as we did this time. Only regret is that we didn't get a chance to meet JoAnne - hopefully next time!

Needed a place to stay somewhat close to Bethel Woods where we attended the Eagles concert for our 11th wedding anniversary. Found the Roebling Inn online and glad I did. DJ was a wonderful host and gave us directions for our relatively short drive to Bethel, NY (even gave us a shortcut). Before we left for the show, we ate sandwiches we brought from home and had a beer down by the river where you'll find some chairs and a fire pit. The peace and quiet (we have three young children who were left with a relative) was unbelievable. We didn't return to the B&B until 1 am, so we slept in and missed the breakfast, but the spread looked wonderful. Wish we had more time to enjoy the tranquility of the inn and the river.

Our 2-night stay started with a friendly greeting and tour of the inn by DJ. He recommended several great places to eat (we only tried 2 of course, but they were very nice). After a delicious and very filling breakfast, DJ gave excellent recommendations for things to do during the day. We really enjoyed our kayak trip down the Delaware with a discount by mentioning we were from Roebling Inn on the Delaware. We topped it off with a cooling dip in the river and relaxing sit on the porch overlooking the river. Then out to a delicious dinner at another scenic spot. The next day we enjoyed a visit to the Zane Gray museum and visited a few beautiful waterfalls and explored the quaint town of Milford. All in all, we had a lovely time and plan to return for another visit.
