“Convention location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

The Sheraton Valley Forge was the destination of our recent Malt Beverage Convention. My husband and I stayed in one of the standard rooms and opted for a King sized bed. Room rate for convention was $114. The accommodations were exceptional. Everything in the hotel was new and our room was very stylish, roomy, comfortable mattress and linens, spacious modern bathroom. At check in the front staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given useful advice on where to dine and directions. While we only stayed for the convention, the location was convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the pricey breakfast, at $15 per person and long wait in line for food, I would rethink for next trip.

We stayed at the Sheraton King of Prussia for pleasure April 20, 2013. We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. We stay in the area 3-4 times a year for mall, restaurant and entertainment visits. The location was convenient to the mall, theater and N. Gulph Road. The price was slightly lower than the other 2 hotels we usually stay at (Hyatt House and Hyatt Place). The rooms were also much larger than our two usual hotels. The only negative was that the bathroom, and especially the toilet, was dirty when we arrived, although the front desk had it cleaned soon. Overall it was a nice stay.

Room Tip: It's worth the extra cost to upgrade to a larger room if you can.

This is a brand new hotel with everything new. While I feel the rooms and beds are way better than other older Sheraton hotels in Philadelphia area, the thing that makes this hotel superior is their staff's caring attitude. For instance, the nice lady in the club room (Salam) remembered me after almost 8 weeks. These guys are very dedicated for good service. If the Hwy 76 was a bit decent and my commute was under 30 minutes, I would much prefer to stay in this Sheraton as compared to any other in the downtown area.
I feel the good attitude is somewhat contagious. The managers are equally caring at this location. I did not care for the Italian restaurant but I hear it is good - located inside the hotel. This hotel is about 1/2 a mile from King of Prussia Mall and other good stuff.

Room Tip: Parking is free here and plenty

Stayed one night last week with my husband and REALLY enjoyed the hotel! Its new and modern-definite plus! and the staff was great too. Nice and close to the Valley Forge National Historical Park and the King of Prussia Mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: We stayed in a king suite and loved the size and decor. It was very quiet!

We travel with 13 6th grade AAU basketball players and their parents and this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time!
The check in was very easy and the front desk personnel was both organized, patient and helpful in the process. I think the young lady's name was SAVANNAH. She made sure each room was exactly what everyone needed. After checkin and starting to settle in, we discovered that we needed extra towels and a rollaway bed. Not only did the staff bring them in a moment's time, they even took the time to make up the beds for us.
The front desk was successful in helping us order dinner for the kids and helped us find a place to wash uniforms. I was very impressed with how welcomed we felt. The rooms and beds were more than comfortable! We will certainly stay again and recommend this hotel for any and all teams that are travelling!
There's only 2 things I would change here: the shower in the suite did have a fully enclosed door and there was no vent to get the hot air out, so the floor was wet and if breakfast was served this place would be the best ever!
THANK YOU

Room Tip: If travelling with a family, the KING SUITE is awesome and spacious!

Checked in and was greated warmly by the Front Desk personnel. Recognized my SPG status and was very good at explaining Hotel amenities. Shout out to James for his kindness shown in assiting me with a quick trip to the pharmacy. I look forward to staying there again. All SPG should consider it when in Valley Forge or KOP area.

Room Tip: When you het in the elevator, just remember Lobby is on the 3rd floor! Otherwise easy to get lost.
