Back in PA for the first time this year we enjoyed another excellent meal. Light delicious salads, and fresh items on the menu but still a few old favourites (papardelle with wild boar ragu for instance).
Just two suggestions for the management.
First the menu includes the term "Dujour" in several places. "Du jour" means of the day of course - but is two words, not one. We don't write "oftheday" in one word in English, and the French don't either.
Second, and not a new request, would the waiters please mention the price of the specials when reading them out. Typically a host will not want to ask in front of their guests, and that's sometimes fine when the specials are around or less than the prices of typical dishes on the menu, but not fine when they are more expensive. Please just say at what price they are offered.
