“Best time EVER”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

I have no idea what the reviews below are on about. I found Michelle, Art and Kim to be the most welcoming hosts I have ever experienced. Yes the Motel is a little old looking and the rooms could do with a refurb - BUT it is a 3 star motel and added to that it has a great pool, a spa and a sauna. The rooms are VERY clean, the staff are wonderful and Sammy in the Chinese Restaurant there makes every other Chinese Restaurant look like amateurs. Nothing was too much trouble. When Taxis didn't arrive or courtesy buses weren't available either Art or Kim drove us where we needed to go (to the local area of course). We booked in for 1 night (the ONLY motel willing to take 1 night stays at xmas) and ended up staying 4 days we loved it so much. Give this motel and the restaurant a go - its a great place and we will be back - have already booked easter and xmas for next year!!!

Room Tip: The family room we had was a 2 x bedroom suite and downstairs which means we could park at our door

Have stayed on two occasions this year. What a beautiful motel! Atmosphere is tremendous & the customer service exceptional! 'Michelle' & 'Art' are magnificent hosts, going above & beyond & expecting nothing in return! Glorious pool area, spa, sauna, balmy breezes & BBQ. Rooms are spacious, clean & old school, (in a classical way). Very good value for money. Have yet to experience onsite restaurant, however, we look forward to dining during our next stay. Highly recommend the Blue Pacific Swansea.

Called in to book family room giving them 2 months notice. Called the week before arriving to confim it, was told all was good. Arrived to find they had given our room to someone else and had no family rooms left. Should of taken that as a warning but didn't. They gave us 2 rooms for the price of a family room. The rooms:- oh my they are disgusting. They were so dirty, smelly, holes in wall, TV didn't work in both rooms. The locks on the door are an invitation for anyone to enter. The noise from other patrons, swimming and yelling all hours of the morning was terrible, Management just didn't seem to care. I have stayed in all sorts of accomodation and this would have to be the worst.Would I stay her again...........NO

Room Tip: Don't bother, keep driving.

Better to stay in your car then here. The manager is rude and unpleasant, the rooms are dirty and unkempt, the noise from a group who seem to be permanent residents overpowering. I would never use this place under any circumstances, better pull over and stay in car.

After having a dreadful experience of customer service at the Swansea Motel, I decided to go with Blue Pacific. Very glad I did! Booking was easy, check in was smooth and the room was quite comfortable for three of us. This is older style accommodation however it was clean and maintained and the price was very reasonable. Would certainly stay again.

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room because we had an elderly person travelling with us. Imagine some of the...

This small hotel was an absolute delight to stay at. The people we so friendly, the pool and hot tub memorable and the food so delicious. The onsite Chinese restaurant looked popular with the locals.

In all my travels, I've never been so surprised. Probably because I set my expectations really low before I checked in.

You really don't expect to get a great luxury hotel for $79 a night. This could just be the best value hotel in Australia. The beds are big, the shower water pressure is great, and the air-con units keep you cool all night.

If you're looking for a great place to spend the weekend, with a large pool, free parking and plenty of things to do nearby, then you should holiday here !

Great location for bucks party's, wedding accommodation or hiding from the law.

I'll be back !

Room Tip: Near the back facing the pool.

Only stayed here as everything else was booked out. There was cob webs and spiders in the smelly ensuite. Shower curtain was lying over the back of a chair and 2 dirty blankets just thrown on the floor of the cupboard.

It was so dirty and run down I slept in the car.

Room Tip: Here's a good tip......just drive on by!
