Definately found this well below Accor usual standards. Needs total refurbishment, the accommodation is old and tired, marks on walls, carpet worn, outdated decor both in rooms and common areas. Suggest you find somewhere else to stay.

the place is in a great location but that is about where the good words end. The place is very old and run down the pool deck is almost dangerous as it is rotten. the room is so old and you dont get very good tv reception. The hot water runs out very quickly. If you are a worker then this place would be good but other then that i would look for somewhere else

This is a nice little country/coastal location and the room we stayed in had a beautiful outlook. The décor was from early to mid 80's which was kind of cool if not a little cheesy and a little worn. The mattress was very old and in poor condition which was a big let down and the TV smallish, old, tube style.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I suspect the group is saving money for a much needed room renovation and perhaps that is why the rooms are so tired. I expect it would have been quite a site 20 years ago when everything was new and fresh and wall mounted hair dryers were an exciting new innovation.

We stayed for a wedding in March and even though the location was great for the wedding we were attending and the staff were great it was the cochoroaches in our room that spoiled it for me. You couldn't leave your balcony door open or more cochoroaches would come through, we had a few crawling up the walls and this to me is a big no no. The lounge in our room was in bad repair and needed to be covered.

only complaint was that dinner meal cost was listed for my choice of meal as $22 and i expected to get discount of 25% but was charged in actual fact $22.50, when i queried this, i was told i had been discounted. so BEWARE the food costs and check carefully the price before ordering anything. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT I HAD DONE THAT. this did marr my stay because food to me is an upmost important feature to my stay anywhere. i rated the sleep value as such but it may have been the room position which i found excellent.

We stayed in room 405, which had a wonderful view of the water of the bay. The room is very dated, still comfy enough but needs a re-vamp for sure. We had a spa suite, in this room the spa bath is in a separate bathroom area rather than in the room itself overlooking the bay. The tv was an old tube bulky style one and not very large, there was a bar fridge and the bed was comfy enough. The bed was placed on the side of the room so as you could not overlook the bay in bed, so since it was on wheels we just moved it to where we liked and though the weekend was horrid weather wise when we stayed it was beautiful to watch the lightning over the bay. There was some noise till about midnight from surrounding venues with music as it was a Saturday. though that did not disturb my sleep. The car park was also full due to the hotel being full, so if you went out there was a good chance you would have to park in lower carparks meaning a hike up the hill. The elevator was fine between the floors of the hotel rooms, but would not go down to the restaurants, lobby, lower carparks and you had to walk a short section in the rain to get to them. The restaurant was fabulous, great food and service and prices really reasonable- you can also use an entertainment voucher there. The bar staff out the front recommended a lovely strawberry wine and made sure we had glasses for our room.... again outstanding staff service. Breakfast was ok bacon, eggs, cereals... they said pastries but on the morning we got there it was more of a so-so muffin. Check out was very slow, an elderly gentleman which meant we missed our dolphin watch cruise but managed to get another a little later. The view, the friendly staff and restaurant experience was a highlight would dine there again for sure.

Room Tip: room 405 had a great view as I would expect 402- 408 would have too, 405 was right near the lift too...
