A happy find in our motel room - the Crystal Castle Experience booklet. We would probably otherwise never have found this delightful place. Weatherwise, we were fortunate to have a perfect day which added to the pleasure of the Buddha Walk, labyrinth and Peace Stupa. It might seem odd to some people to encounter a mixture of Hindu and Buddhist statuary and iconography, but owing to the thoughtful and meticulously laid out gardens in which they have settled, they don't seem at all out of place. We have been to many temples of various religions throughout Asia over the years, and I can honestly say what could have been a kitsch travesty is nothing of the sort!
The vegetarian Indian plate at the Lotus Cafe was equally well-presented and delicious. Well done.
We had been hoping to just go to the cafe for lunch, and debated whether it was worth the entry fee as my husband recently had a stroke and we were unsure whether he would be able to negotiate the paths and steps. We took the chance and were well rewarded. He even managed to step out the labyrinth.

Hi Judy, thank you so much for your rave review and 5 Stars! It's great you got the Guidebook and came on up, and enjoyed your time so much, especially as you have visited so many holy sites in Asia. Our own personal travels over the years to sacred places, has inspired us to create what you see today. And that your husband could enjoy the healing nature of the Labyrinth, even after a stroke, is especially rewarding to hear about. Come back soon!
