“Another great Flavours of the Valley Experience - the Food and Wine Trail”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

Another great Flavours of the Valley Experience - the Food and Wine Trail. I'd loved my Italian cooking class with Toni and Rob and returned with a group of friends. Once again, it was an outstanding experience.
Toni and Rob have the wonderful touch to be able to inform, inspire and manage their guests while having us all feel as though we've spent the day with friends - granted ones who are very organised, love and know their environment, and are thoroughly knowledgable about the history, the people and the food of the valley. I took a group of friends and we were picked up from our accommodation and taken through the beautiful, beautiful valley - it has such variety and so many glorious vistas - to meet and talk with many interesting producers( who were all charming, committed to their production, informative, not just selling stuff), see their farms/vineyards/gardens and processes as well as sampling their quality local, organic products and goodies. And a lovely lunch at Bistro 146 - again with lots of local produce. It was not at all about being bussed from one produce store/stall to another, but truly a tour of the flavours and people of the valley. Enthusiastically recommended. Thanks Toni and Rob.

“Dynamic duo not to be missed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Toni and Robert are a truly energetic and inspirational couple. Having just spent 2 days with them doing a food and wine tour and then an Italian cooking class we cannot recommend them highly enough. The instruction, the enthusiasm, the fun, the food (oooh la la) and the lovely people we met on the day all added to making it such a wonderful experience. We'll be back to enjoy more time and learning with this dynamic duo and hope to see the other lovely foodies that we enjoyed company with on the day.

“Fantastic experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

I spent yesterday learning how to cook exquisite Italian Food with Toni and Robert. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. All the instructions were clear and fun. I came away feeling excited that I could go home and use the skills I had learnt. Thank you Toni and Robert for allowing me to come in to your home and share your enthusiasm for cooking. I will definitely be back again for another class and will be recommending it to everyone I know.

“Superb Weekend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

We did both the Foodies Tour and the Cooking School and had a superb weekend. Toni and Rob are great hosts; they make you feel most welcome, they really know their valley and the great food and surprisingly good wine that is produced in it. The Foodies Tour is both quite informative and really good fun. The producers we met are passionate about their products and take pride in promoting them. The cooking schol is excellent - Toni knows what she is talking about and is a very good educator. We tacked dishes that we would not normally try, and they turned out really well; the class were all interesting and good company. We plan to return for another class.

“Exceptional Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2012

Bought the Flavours of the Valley as a voucher (50% off) because it sounded so intriguing. It was so much more than we expected. Toni and Robert's hospitality from the start of the day was brilliant. By the end of the day we felt like we'd had a great day out with friends. The food was superb and the variety of locations we visited just opened our eyes to what the Kangaroo Valley has to offer. Definitely highly recommend!
