We visited Fig Tree for a Sunday lunch. What a great spot. High on the hill behind Byron with views out to the ocean and the light house.
We were greeted in the car park by a young lady to show us where to park. Now that is a first.
We were seated at a table on the window with great views.
The menu shows a choice of 2, 4 or 6 courses. The courses are not supposed to be big, so we selected the 4 course.
The choices were great. We were given a small sample to start with, (no charge) and that set the scene of what was to follow. The meals were small, but at the end of the 4 courses, we had had plenty to eat. The menu was varied so there was plenty of choice. The drinks were laso reasonably priced. The food was great.
The servcie from the staff was first class.
This was one of the best dining expereinces we have had and would recommend this place to everyone.
One tip, book early.
When in Byron try their "brother' restaurant, The Eatery, which is owned by the same brothers who own and run the Fig Tree.
