Lark Hill outdid themselves with a truffle and astronomy themed dinner accompanied by their bio-dynamic wines. The ravioli with Sage butter and truffle shavings was a firm favourite with the Blue Eyed Cod and truffle risotto an excellent second course. Dessert was baked ricotta with candied orange slices a perfect ending to a great meal. The Exaltation blended wine was terrific though my personal favourite is their Pinot Noir - any year is good. Definitely worth teh short drive from Canberra.
