“Revamped Museum a Winner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2013

The revamped museum is a fantastic place to visit in Bowral. Thoughtful curatorship and ideas, it is really up there as a sporting museum. Its better than a visit to something like Fenway Park because it has a host of interactive historical exhibits. People spend up to six hours in there and the cricket lovers come back again and again. Also the food next door is excellent. So this is very definitely the best place to stop over as a half way point between Canberra and Sydney or a break on the long haul between Sydney and Melbourne. Perfect for kids and the oldies as well.

“A fitting tribute to crickets icon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

Alongside the Oval where he played cricket as a youngster is the Bradman Museum and Memorial. A fine looking modern building with sections to interest every cricket fan and one section devoted to Bowrals famous son. Overlooking the Oval are memorial seats and a rose bed where Sir Don and Lady Bradmans ashes were scattered. These are behind a statue of Sir Don with water fountains resembling a cricket crease, very cleverly designed.

“Feel the magic of the Cricketing Wonder”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013

Bradman museum is an excellent piece of work, may seem quite vast and you do need to sit down once in a while to take it all in but is a really nice tribute to the memory of Don. No matter which cricketing country you come from, you are bound to find some thing relevant and interesting. Hats off to the Museum staff - they really know how to engage the kids!

“A great experience on a rainy day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013

I spent an absorbing morning with a UK friend enjoying the exhibits at the Bradman museum in Bowral, Southern Highlands, NSW. About an hours drive from Sydney.
This is a must for anyone with an interest in the great game of cricket. Lots of great exhibits, memorabilia and newsreel.
