“Crab Sandwich and Fish-pie Paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2014

We always go this place when we are on holiday in Cornwall. Although it is technically a café - it is worth going there for an evening meal and trying their wonderful fish pie. Its not licensed - but you are welcome to bring your own wine. The cooking make it worth it. In the day, of course, you can dine whilst gazing out over the Atlantic - with one of the best views in the world.

“Wonderful view, lovely food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

We visited the café at the Lizard after a days walking around the coast. We arrived at about 2pm on 30 th July, during its busiest week I think. It was crammed but we didn't have to wait long for a table and sat outside in the glorious sunshine. We opted for a piece of toffee apple cake and a cup of tea. The cake was heavenly and the tea hit the right spot. The service was excellent eventhough the staff were rushed off their feet, I don't think anyone had to wait very long to be served and you couldn't grumble if you had to wait a few minutes. From what we saw of the meals that were being served the portions were large and the choice excellent. Ideal place for a snack or a full meal and the view in the sunshine is worth every minute of waiting. We always visit here when we go to Cornwall and will continue to do so.

“Amazing views, very reasonably priced!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2014

Amazing views and NOT overly priced for the privilege - a real surprise as most places are!!! Gorgeous food - paid 4.80 for a toasted sardine sandwich with homemade coleslaw and salad complete with salad dressing. Jacket potatoes were huge and came with plenty of filling and salad and coleslaw too - only just over £5.00 - fantastic value! Views have to be seen to be believed! Plus you can come in the late afternoon - last orders before 7.00pm - and bring your own wine! Seals can be seen playing in the cove as can other creatures! Very friendly staff! Would recommend!!! :-)
