“Wonderful end to our trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2013

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at Trevaunance cottage and absolutely loved it!
Ann and Duncan made us feel at home right away. Our room was large with a comfortable mattress and the bathroom was spotless. Ann was very accomadating to our choices for breakfast and everything was delicious. She makes her own jam and it was great. Ann and Duncan's friendliness made our stay feel more like a weekend with friends than a hotel. This is a beautiful part of the country and staying here topped it off!

We recently took a short break in Cornwall and were lucky enough to get a two night stay at Trevaunance Cottage. Ann and her Mum were so welcoming and helpful. The room that we had was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom fabulous!
Ann's breakfast was delicious, really tasty and well presented.
We would recommend Trevaunce Cottage to anyone. Its so quiet and peaceful and nothing is too much trouble-we hope to return!
Thank you so much.

We should have stayed here two years ago, but had to cancel as the timing was too close to the birth of our granddaughter, and our daughter-in-law was having problems with her pregnancy. Anne was very understanding, and when we telephoned to book for this July she was really interested in how things had gone. Anyway, what a choice we made, as Anne and Duncan, ably assisted by Anne's mum Margaret, run a wonderful B & B in a really friendly way. Spotless, exceptionally comfortable room with a superb ensuite, a tremendous breakfast (I have a big appetite), and great conversations with lovely people. We are sorting out our dates for next July and will be contacting Anne shortly. Congratulations Anne, Duncan, and Margaret. Regards Norma and Geoff

We stayed at Trevaunacae Cottage and had a wonderful time. Anne and Margarete were absolutely fabulous , from bringing in our washing to send on cables we had left behind. This location would have to be the best place we have stayed in our 6 weeks away from OZ, Location is perfect to visit other towns and villages in Cornwall, especially when doing family history things as we were.
Anne had a vast library of books etc which we found very useful, breakfast was very filling and conversation enjoyable.
We can not recommend Trevaunance Cottage any higher.

We stayed two nights with Anne, Margaret and Duncan! What a lovely experience, it was so nice I can't think where to begin! Beautiful setting in delightful gardens. Welcome was warm and relaxed.
Rooms immaculate, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast outstanding, everything delicious. All home cooked and local produce.
Nothing was too much trouble for Anne, we wanted to find somewhere to eat in the evening and she recommended a few places. We ate in one of these and it was fantastic, we had such a good evening. I couldn't recommend this charming B & B enough. You do need to be reasonably fit as the hill to the cottage is pretty steep!! But, very reasonably priced taxi's are available to take you up and down the hill so dont let this put you off.

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the end of May. The room was clean, spacious and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was big and modern and it ran a good hot bath! And the breakfasts were cooked perfectly. The property is a short walk down a pretty steep hill to Trevaunance Cove, but after a couple of beers in Driftwood Spars you won't notice the walk back. A fish a chip place has also just opened in the Trevaunance Cove and they were lovely! This B&B is a good location to a charming part of Cornwall and very good value for money. Thanks Anne!

Room Tip: To find it you go up the steep hill from Driftwood Spars, right to the top, and take a right at the...

My friends and I booked rooms here as we were attending a friends birthday dinner at the nearby Driftwood Spars. We had no idea what to expect and were really pleasantly surprised. Anne and Duncan ( the owners) were lovely, the accomodation was really clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the location was stunning. We would definitely stay here again.
