Twice I have spent holidays staying in a Self Served Apartment (through Duchy Holiday lets who are good too) and for Body Boarding ( I love it), surfing (I watch this so far), swimming, dining at the Waterhole - Great Tribute Cornish Ale (the BEST in the World!), for cave exploring, walks, photography, chilling out - this place rocks the socks!
Intending a return visit again this year to share with someone special and hope they find the amazement I find with this place. This time round it will be romantic too!
The Life Guards are helpful and keep the public safe - the beach is spotlessly clean - it is just amazing be it sunshine, showers, storms or blustery winds - I have witnessed all there and it is still dramatic and beautiful.
Sometimes sharing such a special place can ruin it as the crowds over run the place then - but this one has to be seen by all.
Close by are The Eden Project and the Hidden Valley Gardens - not to be confused with Lost Gardens of Heligan - also an amazing day out!
