“One of the best places to visit over and over again.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Seeing that I only live 2miles from the Eden Project. I was able to watch it being constructed. They are enviromentally concious with all that they use. Summer time there are childrens activities with all kinds of crafts to do, barbecues with tastes from around the world. Winter time there is an ice rink for everyone to enjoy. There is a good cafe that does its own baking even bread, there are hot and cold food and childrens boxes for lunch. The two biomes a humid one and a warm biome. You can visit any time of the year there is usually something "going on" in either of the biomes. Once you pay your addmission you can keep going for the rest of the year.

“Loads to do for everyone!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Eden has loads to do for everyone, even when it is wet (which is often in Cornwall!). The Biomes are always worth a visit. There is always something going on. Kids are particularly welcome and in the winter there is a skating rink. For those too young to skate, there are sessions for toddlers to play on the ice with lots of toboggans and other ice toys. It is possible to get a season ticket if you go often and this makes it a cheap outing, particularly if you live locally with a PL or TR postcode. Food in the cafés are reasonably priced and often the ingredients are locally sourced. And at
Christmas, there is a Father Christmas (but it must be booked in advance). At other times of the year, there are special events such as children's films and there is an indoor den making facilities, which is always a big hit with my grandchildren.

“Eden project”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

I visited the Eden project in the early summer when the weather was only just beginning to get warm.I liked both of the domes but the rain forest dome was the better of the two.You start of at the bottom of the dome then slowly start to rise up a zigzag path following the path of a waterfall to you reach the summit and then descend back down. They are constantly spraying the flora and fauna with water to recreate a rain forest environment it makes it feel realistic. The 2nd dome is all on one level but has different areas portraying various habitats from around the world.Outside of the domes there is various gardens and as you wander around you come across different bits of art.Overall i really enjoyed the Eden project and would like too visit again at later time in the year as i would imagine it is always changing.

Excellent attraction and well worth a visit. Paid for a private tour of the rain forest biome and that really was worth it and thanks to Carla for being such a fantastic guide

“A good day out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2013

This was my first visit and we had a really good time, however, in the rain I imagine it would be quite miserable looking out the outside exhibits.

The rainforest biome was my favourite part but you have to be quick if you are going to take pictures as the camera lense quickly steams up with the humidity, this said I did manage to get some good images.

Although we did not eat here the food looked great and there was plenty to choose from.

If you gift aid when buying your tickets you get free entry for a year.
