Both myself and my husband recently stayed at this pleasant guest house. The accommodation was comfortable if a little dated . However we were very unfortunate to have noisy neighbours whose very move could be heard very clearly from our room including their frequent visits to the toilet during the night!
The location of the accommodation was very disappointing , Portmellon Cove Guest House is situated on the very outskirts of Mevagissey in a small low lying cove, which meant that there was a very strenuous walk over very steep hills/steps to access the town.
The local pub, The Rising Sun should be avoided as it is very dirty and uninviting with the food being of poor quality.
