A working pasta making kitchen greeted us. The staff rotated from serving to pasta making. My pasta was a new type for me with crab(nice size pieces) with a pesto. Excellent! The salad dressing was also quite good. Generous portions, but expensive. My only real negative was the cost of the French press coffee. Our coffee bill was $10 for two-déclassé for such good food.That is half the cost of the pasta dish. The wait staff was pleasant and efficient.
