“love it love it love it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2014

We are local and only live 15 minutes away , one2eleven is a amazing place granting relaxation time for tired parents :) we have got 4 childrens you can imagine sometimes at home it can be a bit of a challenge but once we are at one2eleven , the kids are gone to play you enjoy the peace and quiet even so its noisy with other childrens you just don't care , you seat down , relax with a tea/coffee something to eat and enjoy your time alone for once :) .we got there really often
The place is really well secured and the staff will not allow a child to leave the permises without a parent which is extremelly good , my daughter had flipflops on and there is a rule that socks must be worn at all time , good thing is that one2eleven provide sock for a tiny small fee (not worth arguing over it ) food is good just a bit expensive though , however they changed their full english breakfast and replaced them with chip i would rather have the old one back , with the mushrooms , toats etc etc not keen on the new one so will not order this one again unless the old menu come back on . This place is for childrens but my husband always want to go there saying it would be great for the kids , i have 4 childrens but once i am at one2eleven i end up having 5 kids my husband is the first one to run up the top with the kids to have fun on the slide lol big kid himself . Really love the place highly recommended

“Brilliant soft play”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

Visited here with our very young nephew.......this place is ideal for children to let off steam. Absolutely immaculate, areas for different ages, CCTV shown on a screen for parents to keep track, slow soft roundabout, dressing up, play areas such as vets and garage. Really friendly staff that let two of us in free to meet the rest of our family as there was only half an hour of opening time left. Highly recommended.

“Great for the kids.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

We visited on Monday with our two children aged 8 and 11.There was plenty for them to do and it wasn't too busy so we found a table with a good view of the play area. We stayed for about 2 hours and in that time ordered food and drinks from the café. The menu was varied and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the whole place was very clean including the toilets. We will definitely be visiting again.

“Excellent soft play for young ones”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2014

We visited here on a school day so luckily it wasn't too busy! My children had a great time and it is nice that there is the play area along with the small rooms down the side with different activities for the children to play with - such as dressing up, a garage, café and shop.

We stayed for about 2.5 hours which seemed to make the entrance price good value.

A couple of the things I liked about this play area is that the staff are very visible and they are always going around the play equipment which ensures that the parents keep an eye on their children (we have had instances in the past at other places where their is no staff presence apart from at the entrance and the café which has meant bad behaviour by some children has gone un-noticed). The other thing is that the seating area is very well positioned so that you can semi-relax as the parent and see the whole play area without having to be constantly getting up and down to check on your child.

The final positive is that this is a play area for those 11 and under and has a separate play area for toddlers - all of which means you don't run the risk of a big child crashing into one of your small children while they are playing.
