“Good Location for Wembley”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2013

The hotel is an excellent location for Wembley. The staff were very friendly and the hotel foyer clean and welcoming. We were on the top floor with good views. The room could benefit from an upgrade but the room facilities were more than adequate. The tv remote didn't work but after a phone call to reception this was dealt with quickly with someone coming to the door with a new remote. It had air conditioning which I felt was a god send as it was 31oC outside. Overall was more than happy with this hotel which we booked for a visit to Wembley Arena. It's also only a 3 minute walk from Wembley Park underground.

Room Tip: Top floor had the best outlook.

I choose to stay in this hotel for xfactor auditions because its right next door to wembley arena. Our group was made up of three adults and two children. One adult needed wheelchair access. We booked three double rooms. When we arrived at hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious lifts for wheelchair use. Rooms were very big and clean. Air con in every room.breakfast was a bit expensive at £12 a head....(Children under 12 got theirs free.) But it had gd variety to choose from and very tasty. We ate in the mirage hotel bar which was lovely too. All in all....I would definitely book and stay in this hotel again.

Firstly, the outside of the hotel is really ugly but once you get past this the reception, bar and restaurant are surprisingly ok and have a 4 star food hygiene rating. The rooms are spacious but a bit dirty, especially the windows and sills! The air conditioning was fantastic. When having a shower we had to wait ages for the hot water. I was pleased that we paid almost half the price others have paid for a night but have just moved to the Holiday Inn for a similar price - much nicer!!!

OK, I expected to pay a little bit more as I was staying at the hotel whilst the Killers were playing at Wembley Stadium but I ended up paying 5* prices for a distinctly 3* hotel and to top it off breakfast wasn't even included. Good things - big rooms, comfy beds if a little dated. Wouldn't stay here again though. It would be cheaper to have got a taxi back to South London for the 5 of us

Stayed at this hotel back in May for England vs Ireland. The outside of the hotel is a bit of a mess and makes you think it will be the same inside. The Inside was Clean but a bit outdated however in need of a refurbishment. The charge for Breakfast is absolutely ridiculous, £12 per person!!!. The rooms were huge and had tea+coffee facilities etc. The TV was an outdated old huge thing. The bathroom was very nice with a surprisingly very hot shower!. Overall, a nice hotel, perfect for a 1 night stay.

If you're going to Wembley stadium this is the perfect location. Although we did find it rather pricey at £225 per night. We had a twin room which had two double beds and plenty of space however as other reviewers have said it does need updating. Our bed was comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were ok. The lift was unreliable so we took the stairs to the fifth floor! the staircase was dirty but overall the hotel was fairly clean. The only real problem we had was finding the hotel! The nearest tube station is Wembley Park, we went to Wembley Central and had quite a long walk. The Wembley Park tube station is on the Metropolitan Line whereas the Wembley Central station is on the Bakerloo line.

Room Tip: Ask for a low floor as you may need to take the stairs.

We booked this room late as we were watching Robbie Williams in Wembley, I was dreading it as the reviews were terrible but hotels were all basically FULL ! Why i think its terrible all hotels put up thier prices by DOUBLE on concert days I didn't think this hotel was bad at all, On the outside it doesn't look much but the lobby & reception was surprising ok, I didn't expect the Ritz at its a 3 star but I was expecting a dive, This hotel exceeded my expectations, The room was big & spacious we had a family room but 4 of us girls shared, it was clean & comfy and had air con and even tea making facilities some 5 stars don't even have this ! Yes the TV is dated but who goes to Wembley to watch TV? Get a grip ! If you book 3 star expect 3 star ! The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful , for me this hotel was excellent for an overnight stay & I would return should I watch another concert.
