“AMAZING buggy ride!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

We had the pleasure of doing the 60 minute buggy ride. I wish I could remember the name of our driver....it was an Amish woman whose name stars with an "E" (Ellie maybe??). She was really really great and informative and the buggy ride was perfect. We loved going under the covered bridge. We also loved the Amish "drive through" where we stopped to pick up some whoopie pies and homemade root beer and lemonade.

I highly recommend this buggy ride to anyone and the location in Kitchen Kettle is so convenient!

“AMAZING Experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

After reading other reviews from different buggy rides in the area, this one caught my attention because of it's location within the Kitchen Kettle Village and the great reviews. It was definitely the best choice, KKV is an awesome little village with stores with all sort of goodies, so if you have to wait for a tour, you'll not be bored at all. We were there at 9am, and we sharply embarked into the ride at 9:40am as we were told. We had the pleasure of having HARRY as our driver, he was very informative, well spoken, and had a great friendly personality! We took the 60 mins ride, views were inspiring, everything in the area looked so well taken care of, clean and full of flowers, super pretty! I took lots of pictures, will share some soon. Definitely recommend!

“Wonderful ride”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

We took the 60 minute buggy ride which included a farm visit. It was lovely. We had the pleasure of Samuel as our guide. He was very friendly and a wonderful ambassador for the Amish culture. The ride went past some farms and we had the opportunity to see some of the beautiful landscapes. Samuel allowed both of our children (ages 4 and 11) to hold the reins of the horses, which the children loved. It was a very short farm tour where we saw some animals and were walked into a gift store in the farm house. Overall, we had a very nice time that was made extra special by having Samuel as our guide.

“Fun Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

We took the 35 minute buggy ride through the countryside around the Kitchen Kettle Village. I enjoyed the experience of riding in an Amish buggy and seeing the farms in the area. The information provided on the tour was not as extensive as I expected, but it was still enjoyable.

“Fun Ride”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

My wife and I took the shorter route, but it was by no means anything but excellent. Elsie drove us and shared a lot of information about the Amish way of life. The horses were fabulous. A must di when visiting the Amish Country.
