“OK But not as good as some”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012

A smaller Premier Inn but with the same good standards of large clean rooms. Refurbished since my last stay there almost two years ago, but my last two stays in other Premier Inns had nice large flat screen televisions mounted on the wall, however, this one only has a small flat screen TV fixed to the top of the desk. OK to watch but not as comfortably as the large wall mounted ones.
My only complaint was the overpowering smell of the wall mounted air fresheners in the downstairs corridor leading to the rooms, and as my room was at the end of the corridor, I could'nt escape the smell. It made the whole place smell a bit like a public toilet. I just wonder why they feel the need for such a strong smell, perhaps they are trying to cover up and underlying issue.
Having said that, it is not a bad place to stay. I was there for 4 nights, and apart from the air freshener had no problems.

Near Whitton Station. Not near Twickenham Stadium.Nice staff in the the Premier Inn itself.Nice breakfast staff in the restaurant.Surly bar staff.Ghastly and expensive San Miguel.Range of takeaway menus available with recommendations.Heating switched off-fan heater then supplied.

one of the best premier inns we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few but the resterant was rough full of drunks with potential to kick - off standard for a Saturday night but not the place for families.Needs overhauling plus breakfast selection on continental was a bit limited.
nice helpful staff nice room & oh so quiet which was a nice suprise.

Room Tip: room 15 is very quiet lots of room and accessible

So here we go, another Premier Inn stayed in and finally decent service from check in to check out. If only the other 98% could do the same. I have been quite tough with P.I reviews lately and all with good cause. However, this P.I did meet my standards and I would recommend staying here. Check in was quick and the staff were polite and friendly yet not overbearing like some other hotels. Although my room over looked the restaurant, I didn't hear any noise from the restaurant or the road and I had the window open all night. There is plenty of parking outside and seems to be safe enough. I left my satnav in the window all night and it was still there in the morning. Breakfast turned out to be a pleasant surprise, every time I have asked for poached eggs they have always come out split or have just been disgusting, yet this P.I got the food and service spot on. The gentleman serving at breakfast seemed to genuinely care if people enjoyed their breakfast and was polite. The location is not the greatest but it's worth staying here if you're in the area.

Room Tip: Always ask to go on the top floor of any hotel, saves a noisy person being above you.

Stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert in the stadium. It's got an excellent location, ample free parking, and the rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms. Comfortable beds, tea and coffee, TV,great shower, spotlessly clean. I felt the price hike for the concert (£139!!) was a bit excessive. Poor value, to be honest. Like others who have stayed here i had poor nights sleep because of the heat. A desk fan and the offer of a sheet just didn't do it for me. This is the 2nd Premier Inn i've stayed at this summer that has had the same problem. About time the chain invested in air con! Must mention the receptionist Colin who was really helpful, researching bars and pubs from the internet then printing them for us.

Super base for stadium. £8.50 return for all day train ticket for London, 5-10 minute walk to station. Plenty of trains all day early til late. Clean hotel, basic but everything you need. Pub next door ok for basic food. Curry restaurant, Italian restaurant and pub in Whitton 10 mins walk.Reception staff extremely helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting our daughter. We were pleasantly surprised with the modern, clean and comfortable bedroom and spotlessly clean bathroom. We also had the Premier breakfast which was very good with plenty of choice. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. We did not use wi-fi or internet connections.
