Visiting Twickenham for work, this was a cheap and very convenient option. About a third the price of the Twickenham Travelodge, the rooms were comfortable and quite spacious and the location was great. Just across the road from two bus stops, it was very easy to get into Twickenham. The High Street in Teddington has a range of bars and restaurants but I settled on the Royal Oak at the far end of the High Street and it was very good food and a free house for a range of drinks.
The Bar/Cafe in the Travelodge is fine, more atmospheric than its Twickenham rival and the staff were very obliging and friendly.
Breakfast was fine, typical Travelodge standard but at the price....excellent value.
All in all, a very convenient and comfortable stay and I won't hesitate to stay here again if the price is right.

This hotel is clean and comftable nothing to flash but it is a Travelodge after all, but the best thing about this hotel is its location,Its 5 min walk to the main line rail station then 30min train journey to waterloo, If you travel after 9:30 you can get a rail card for the day about £8.50 per day which gets you on as many trains and tube journeys as you like (bargain) in addition there is free parking under the hotel so once your there you can leave the car without worring about traffic jams congestion zones etc,etc The optional breakfast was buffet style it was a little hap hazard at times with some of the food trays sitting empty for long periods ( my only small gripe) the hotel does have a bar for that late night much needed drink after a long day in London, all in all a brill way of having a cheap city break in London without beaking the bank, have already booked a Family Room for October school hols for £19 a night !!

I stayed here for two nights. Not glamorous but clean and comfortable with tea and coffee in room. At £19 per night and in the town centre it is great value in a lovely town with great shopping . Didn't have breakfast as I was meeting friends but eggs Florentine at Carluccio 20 metres away was excellent.

Stayed here for two nights during December for a business meeting nearby.

The hotel is well located with Teddington high street literally round the corner and it is also only two minutes wall from Teddington train station which provides a very regular service to London Waterloo in just 35 minutes.

The service was also very good. Had to ring a couple of times before my stay and each person I spoke to was very helpful.

The room was very clean and of good size. Only downside was a squeaky bed.

All in all, very good travelodge and I would stay here again!
