“Lovely cakes!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2014

Visited here yesterday for the first time as I work near by and was met with a warm friendly lady. There were quite a few delicious looking cakes on display so went for the chocolate brownie! Well I can pretty much say this was the best brownie I have had in ages! Will definitely be visiting here more regularly on my lunch break.

“Poor service and could not recommend”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

We were not greeted in an appropriate manner and when we tried to order were advised that the establishment was closed. I cannot comment on the cakes or tea/coffee however you will not experience a relaxing chat with a friend for this coffee shop doubles as a creche for what I can only assume are regulars.

You cannot see out of the windows, for the flags, jumpers and other assorted knick-knacks that are sold, making this altogether experience not to be repeated. It would be nice to have relaxing venue however this is not the place in my opinion. Something I will not repeat.

“Like sitting in a friend's kitchen”

This is a lovely place. Thanks to the owner, it has quickly become the centre of our community; the cakes and ice-cream are also fabulous.

“A warm welcome awaits you”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

We visited today for the first time and were welcomed, explanations of all the cakes given and lovely cakes and drinks brought straight to us. A lovely local cafe where regulars were warmly greeted by name, makes you want to visit again. The coffee and walnut cake was lovely!

“Lovely!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2014

Very friendly staff and magnificent icecreams. I had the cherry cheesecake ice and it was superb. Good coffee, too. I love the fact this is for everyone, a real community place. We shall definitely be back!
