This was a but of a joke to be honest, when I looked on the website the place looked fancy- almost posh! But when we arrived it was a whole different story, our family room consisted of 4 beds, a broken tv and a bathroom in which the showers were "not suitable for elderly people" the place smelled of mould and damp and the second I got home I was straight in the shower. As for breakfast, this was in the Indian resteraunt: we didn't get the option of a cooked breakfast and so our breakfast buffet had a few slices of bread, a broken toaster, apples, stale croissants and some meat and cheese.

Pub very dated and not at all clean. Room cleanish but many fixtures old and stained. Asked reception to call us a taxi to take us to twickenham stadium- no taxi licence or meter- quite clearly one of the family members who turned up to take us.
Unless u intend to spend no time in this hotel- avoid it!

£78 for one night, reasonably short notice, not bad considering its proximity to both twickenham and airport.

Sheets, towels and room were clean, bed was comfortable and although the room looked a little tired for me the fact it was clean made it forgiveable.

Wouldn't want to spend too long there, our room was reasonably quiet but some of the rooms I imagine may have been fairly noisy due to their closeness to the bar and main road.

I was booked into this hotel as part of a work function so I had no idea of price/location or previous reviews. When I arrived I was shocked by the state of the hotel from the outside and thought that it couldn't get any worse!
Wrong!
The reception was indeed like a cheap Las Vegas motel and staff totally disinterested, after making my way to my room finding the door has been mostly made out of wood filler due to new key card entry system bring fitted that still looked like it was 20 years old, my expectations had dropped somewhat!
My room looked like it hadn't been decorated or cleaned since the 60s with short curly black hairs all over the pillows and bath! The drawers were also broken and falling apart, there were iron burns all over the filthy carpet and to top it all the shower didn't work!
I did think about complaining but given the enthusiasm of the staff I decided probably wasn't worth it and after a rough nights sleep made a hasty exit the next morning!
I would avoid at all costs!

Would not use this hotel again. On the plus side clean sheets. Freezing cold room - radiators not connected. Strong smell of air freshner in the room, in need of refurbishment, but the worst was in store for one of our friends who was staying in ground floor room. When he was using the shower, excrement came up the plug hole. When he complained he was accused of doing it himself....definetly not what you would call customer service. The rooms were expensive too which made it even worse.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 4. We had read the reviews beforehand, but needed somewhere at short notice that wasn't too expensive. We were a bit worried about the bed bug reviews, but checked the beds when we arrived and found no evidence and indeed none appeared in the night either. The room we had-no. 27 was clean and ok for what we paid. There were 2 showers in the bathroom-only one of which worked.
The lady on reception was very friendly and efficient as was the whole telephone booking process.
There was a function on the night we were there, which created quite a lot of noise in the car park, near our room-just people chatting really, but it seemed to go on for ages.
Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but we thought it was ok for what we paid. There were notices in the rooms saying that they were in the process of a major refurb.

I was sitting in the bar and asked the bartender to order some food which he stated would take 15-20 min and after 30 min when asked about the food he told me that he forgot to order the food with chef. How pathetic. At the end i had to cancel the order and absolutely feel pity for everything at this place.
