Stayed here during layovers both the way there and back. Was so convenient and pretty easy to find. I really liked that we didn't have to get up so early, get in a taxi, go through traffic, etc. This really took the stress out of getting to the airport! My friend and I were in Cabin 1 which had bunk beds. Room was totally adequate for our needs and beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that the curtain for the bathroom was not a little longs for privacy.

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight. I found the hotel clean and well equipped. With the premium room wifi and hot drinks were included. Location is perfect for early morning flights out of Terminal 4.

Perfect efficient design with all facilities of a hotel room. Perfect for catching a nap between your long haul flights or for a night stay with early morning flight out of Terminal 4.
Loved everything. An alarm clock with a full functional phone would have been plus. Note: I was able to borrow an alarm clock from the front desk. I am sound sleeper so I had good night sleep. The AC system was bit unique and I doubt whether it mixes enough fresh air! Excellent location, totally inside the airport, at the door steps of Heathrow Express train station entrance(at the lower level). While many American travelers appreciate large hotel rooms, I actually appreciate the small foot print, enjoyed it throughly, guilt free!.

Best choice for early flights. I would either have to take a cab and wake up extra early and consider the travel time to get to the airport. I might as well not sleep the night. Enjoyed traveling late evening, no congestion on the way. Slept well and woke up quite fresh. All for the cost of a cab ride from the far East side of London!
