Stayed once again at the Sofitel Heathrow.....nothing is too miuch trouble and the staff from reception to the bar staff are attentive and helpful.....room quiet and probably one of the best beds ever to sleep on after a long journey.....Highly recommended especially if you are about to or have come off a long haul flight
