Location really general mess of LHR' s evolution. Probably easier to stay off the airport as getting to other terminals is hassle with luggage and little ones.
Refused to heat up baby food but has live electrical sockets at "little finger"level and offers to give open bowl of scolding hot water to heat up baby food instead! wheres the logic there?In all fairness perhaps that's just the idiots at health & safety.
