“Very basic”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

Very basic accomodation. Clean comfortable bed but the rest of the room was very mediocre and there was a lot of noise. The staff were very pleasant and helpful though especially as the postcode of the hotel takes you to the wrong part of Hounslow. The breakfast was of poor quality though plentiful. It was, however, very reasonably priced for London.

Room Tip: Make sure you get directions to the hotel as the postcode takes you to the wrong part of Hounslow.

Booked this hotel through Laterooms for a 2 night stay as we were going to pick someone up from Heathrow, unfortunately there was a problem with the flight so we had to cancel the booking and although the cancellation policy was to charge for the first night only the hotel took the money for both nights! I complained to Laterooms but it took over 6 weeks to get the hotel to refund the second nights charge, disgusting

Myself and my other half came for the rugby final as a last minute trip. The location is shocking, very run down area on a main road. When we arrived the receptionist remained on his phone throughout check in. The hotel itself smelt badly, was in a poor state of repair and ran out of toilet roll! This hotel is very much aimed towards the aisian cominity. While we were here there was a wedding celebration taking place. The music was audible from all rooms, no consideration for other residents and they even warned us of our cars being blocked in!! Do not come to this hotel. Total diss regard for you, not interested in you and shouldn't be advertised as a hotel. Standards are extremely low.

I stayed at this hotel in December as I had my Christmas party in the area. For the money the place was great , I dont understand the previous reviews they seem a bit harsh, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was fine. The furniture is not brand new but very adequate for the cost.
For cost and conveniance I would stay here again.

I'm not a sob and i've stayed at many hotels over the years. I booked this place to go to the rugby with my boyfriend, £50 for the night and breakfast sounded ideal, I wasnt expecting much. However, on arrival there was no parking (we had to park down the road and move the car later, it defeated the object of drinking at the rugby, because when we returned from the rugby, we had to move the car nearer) the place had a function on and it was swarming with people, when I finally made my way to reception there was no-one there for 10 minutes, when they did arrive the chap was very polite and helpful. Outside our room door was a hoover which prevented easy exit or access to the room. The room door banged straight into a very large wardrobe, leaving about 1.5 ft to get in and out.The room was crammed with too much dated furniture. The bottom of the net curtains were mouldy, the curtains were hanging off, there were human hairs in the bedding, the fridge was very noisey, there was only one towel-room was booked for 2, flights coming in every 5 minutes, adjacent door was so thin that we heard our neighbours coming in at 4, the alarm was going off at 5 because the front door had been smashed in. Got bitten alive by bed bugs. Had no sleep. There was a towel stuffed under the bed, there was a 4 can beer holder behind one of the tables left by previous people, carpet was stained, dirty and not hoovered. We didnt even bother showering, the shower was mouldy and the water cold. Breakfast was a joke, polystyrene cups for drinks, had to ask twice for breakfast by interrupting staff in the kitchen, when the breakfast arrived, 1 bacon 1 sausage and 1 egg, didnt know who were staff and who were guests. Glad to leave the place, the people that had the newly decorated rooms were the lucky ones!! We'll never go there again or ever recommend this place to anyone!! :(

Room Tip: Do not book a room at this hotel, ever!!!
