“One stop from LHR with free wifi”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Anyone who has been to London lately can appreciate how expensive it is. The Euro is now nearly 1 to 1 with the USD. But change a USD $100 to GBP, and you practically get a handful of coins in return. This hotel is a great value, offering free in-room wifi and often free English breakfast depending on the room rate you select. It is on the Picadilly line from Heathrow and, at most is 15 minutes by tube from LHR, including the walk. It has a nice business center, offering FREE internet and printing, again, so rare in London to get anything for free. It has a flight display screen to keep you updated on your flight. The windows do NOT open and are completely sound proof which is a necessity considering huge 777's fly over every 30 seconds. There is a Tesco about 10 minutes away by foot, as well as a nice pub. The hotel itself has a pantry with food stuffs and booze for purchase. There is a laundry center, where you can purchase tolkens at the front desk and tidy up your clothes for your long flight home.

The hotel itself was a bit stuffy and humid for me, but had nice cold in room A/C, if you remember to put your room key in the slot by the door. The TV has a ba-zillion channels with an easy guide. It is very quiet and I rarely saw another human on the floor. They offer free newspapers, that you can read with your free breakfast. Is there a theme here? Lots of free stuff with your room rate in London. Unbelievable!

The little Pub/restaurant in the hotel was nice, affordable, and had a descent selection of food.

If you just have a day, or so in London near LHR and wish easy access to the city or LHR with a GREAT Value for London, I would highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect for my 2 stays.

We stayed for just one night but found the hotel to be nice, clean and quiet (for an airport hotel). It's close to the Hatton Cross Tube station but note that you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Once you reach street level in the station, exit the doors on your right and turn left to walk a long block to the back entrance to the hotel. There is a airport shuttle for £5 pp or a taxi is £10.
Also, there is a good pub within walking distance so an option if you are looking to get out of the hotel and visit a local pub with good food and friendly staff - The Green Man.
I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We live 1 hours drive from London and refuse to pay the expensive prices of the central London hotels when we visit London for a few days sight seeing etc. We park the car here jump on the tube which is a 3 minute walk away straight into London city centre and back to this hotel for the evening.
We also stay here when we fly out of heathrow as well.
Extremely quiet Hotel and beds are really comfortable, it has all the trappings of a 2015 modern western world Hilton hotel. Definitely got better since it was the Jurys. Book early as they have big discounts the earlier you book.

Room Tip: Jump on the tube which takes you straight into the centre of London for approx. £8 return for 24 hrs

This is a good place to stay if you need to be near Heathrow. The facilities are good, the rooms are comfortable and the amenities are quite adequate. The restaurant serves a good buffet for breakfast and the room rate is very fair.

I flew into Heathrow and needed a place to stay for my first night in the UK. As a Hilton Diamond member, this was an attractive option. The location was quite convenient as it was easily reachable via the subway. The Hatton Cross station is just one stop from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The hotel is only about a three- or four-minute walk from the station. The only problem with the location was that there were no restaurants within walking distance.

The external appearance was rather business-like. The lobby area was nicely done and reasonably spacious. There was a Costa Coffee and a full-service restaurant on the ground level. I was checked in by an efficient front desk attendant who gave me a room on the sixth floor. This suited me nicely.

When I reached my room, I found it to be spacious and clean. The work space was adequate and the flat screen television delivered a decent array of programming. The WiFi worked well during my stay. The shower came to temperature quickly which was much appreciated. The view from my room overlooked an active runway, which provided a nice perspective for anyone who enjoys watching planes approach.

The morning breakfast was very good. The array of choices was excellent with eggs, meat and potatoes as hot options to go along with the standard cold selections.

The room rate was reasonable as my one-night stay was just £71. This was about $108 at the exchange rate at the time. Given the quality of the accommodations, this was not bad.

Overall, this is a very good hotel for those needing a place near Heathrow. The facilities are nice enough, the rooms are comfortable and the amenities are more than adequate. The breakfast is very good and the room rate is quite fair. I would not hesitate to recommend this spot if you need a place to stay before or after a flight.

Stayed previously at the Jurys Inn, but it has just got better as the Hilton Garden Inn, as they have installed double glazing and have reduce the noise previously experienced. Very clean, comfortable and Highly recommended.

Room Tip: from memory room 229 was very good

My partner and I travel quite regularly and stay in 30 plus hotels a year so before anyone claims I'm being unfair to foreign workers that's not the case.
The staff on reception and in the restaurant really struggle with easy questions.
On check in we were allocated the wrong type of rooms and there was confusion over the pre payment.
The staff were aloof due to their lack of understanding.
The management intervened and were fantastic, they resolved the matter and also fave us complementary breakfast for our second morning.
The rooms are well decorated but very warm even with the air conditioning on.
The hotel is 4/5 minute walk from the tube which is on the Piccadilly line.
Fantastic value for money but the under staffing on the bar, costa and restaurant do tint an otherwise great hotel.
Well done to the management for coping .

This hotel is located within five minute walking distance of Hatton Cross tube station. There is also a bus stop around the back of the hotel from where you can catch a free bus to and from Heathrow bus terminal... I think it was bus #285, it makes a few stops and takes about 20 minutes. There is also an express bus which only stops once on the way but costs 1.50 off your oyster card.
The room was modern, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and enough space for overseas luggage, there was a tray with a percolator and coffee and tea choices, and there were toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming and wifi was free and fast. If your rate does not include breakfast, be prepared to pay almost 15 pounds per person for a buffet style which is plentiful, but did not get efficiently replenished by the attendants, and you even have to get your own tea and coffee.
The location though is unbeatable, it is convenient to both the airport and the Piccadilly Line on the tube. And even though the hotel sits out pretty much on its own, there is a village with a cozy pub called The Green Man within about ten minutes walking distance.
All in all a very good choice for a Heathrow hotel and we would absolutely stay there again, only make alternate plans for breakfast.
