I am not one to write a review on a hotel but found this one exceptional so thought I should tell others. I have been travelling through Heathrow for the last 2 years and could never settle on one hotel to stay at as they all seem to miss the mark on way or another. A close friend told me about their stay at the Garden Inn which was previously the Jurys Inn. She'd stayed at this hotel for your work years; and I could see why. The staff are very friendly and helpful; bedroom and bathroom spotless.
Very quiet - I actually watched a BA A380 go passed my window and didn't hear a thing. Wifi throughout the hotel and I dare to say better than the service I sometimes get at home. I am not a gym body so only peeped in to see what it was like. Breakfast is plenty - £14.95 seemed steep before I saw the selection and started to tuck in. I was meeting friends for dinner so didn't eat at the hotel; menu looked good though. The supervisor in the restaurant mentioned that new menus were imminent.
With all that, why else would I stay anywhere else. The deputy hotel manager got me to sign up to the loyalty programme so I will get points to use for my next weekend away.
