“Everything you would expect at a Garden Inn”

This is your standard Hilton Garden Inn. Good service and clean rooms. Unless you want to pay £140++ pounds per night, this is a great option if you need to be close to LHR.

I found it very easy to catch the tude 1 stop to the hotel. The Hoppa bus is also an option. The hotel is 5 min walk from tude station. The directions on the hotel website are very helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. for around £50 for a Sunday night it was great value.

I stayed here one night as I had an early flight at Heathrow the following morning.
The hotel room was clean and had a comfortable bed - which was lovely.
The bathroom was a slight downer for me the bath looked dirty although, it was clean which put me off a bit. The shower was too complicated to use, it had an overhead shower head and another shower head which is like the standard one and I found it difficult to switch between the two without getting my head soaked.
Other than that this is just a good hotel to stay at for the airport - it is a stones throw to Hatton Cross tube station and it is 6 mins underground to Terminal 5.

Very good hotel, quite unpretentious but very convenient for London's Heathrow Airport.
Closely situated to Hatton Cross Tube (Piccadilly Line, one stop from Heathrow Terminals 123), a 5 minute walk. Despite being so close to the airport the three of four glazing layers keeps the rooms very quiet.

The restaurant service is slow - I stayed two nights and the room service one night was actually quicker than the meal I had in the restaurant. The cost of the meal was reasonable, but it was rather dried out. The burger I had for room service though was absolutely tip top.

Breakfast is also good - you can order a freshly made omelette which is kinda fun.

Rooms are reasonable size given it is a HGI but the TV was huge HD! I was rapt to a Champions league game one of the nights I was there.

Price was good value, two nights B&B and 2 evening meals for one came to £295 (although I think breakfast was included as a Diamond HH member)

One really annoying thing was the WiFi that kept dropping signal when the phone went to screen saver.

I would recommend not staying here if you have to get to central London quickly - the tube is just under an hour's trip. And it gets very busy at rush hour, which can be a pain with suitcases.

Room Tip: I got a high room away from elevator.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and it was only overnight but it was conveniently located near the Heathrow airport. We took the hotel shuttle bus directly to the hotel when we arrived. the following day we had to take a taxi since there is no hotel shuttle bus service during certain hours on sundays. We did not see anything other than the lobby and our room and did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I've used this hotel twice before early morning departures from Heathrow and it is very convenient for this. The walk from Hatton Cross is easy and takes less than five minutes. With fast track security you can easily be having a glass of champagne in the departure lounge half an hour after leaving the hotel! Rooms are clean and decently furnished, as are the bathrooms. Staff are friendly and professional and the hotel extends good recognition to Hilton HHonors elite members. I can't say that the breakfast ingredients are of the highest quality, but it is still a good spread and they have a waffle toaster, which is good.

Overall, if you can get this hotel for 50 - 60 GBP then it's a very good value airport hotel. Highly recommended for this reason.

Nice rooms. There is a fitness area / gym. The rooms and bathroom are tidy and comfortable.

For dinner the food is reasonably good but the restaurant service is very slow after 7pm. Breakfast buffet is also Ok.

The hotel is fine for a functional visit. It lacks soul but for most travellers its location will be all that matters.

I enjoy staying at this Hilton property due to the convenience of getting to & from the airport and to & from the city. Please note that it is at least 30-45 minutes from central London by public transportation. It is about 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5 (closer to Term 1-3). However, the rooms are always very clean and quiet and the staff is tremendously helpful and friendly. I am a solo female traveller and my only caution is that I don't always feel completely comfortable by myself with the public transport after 11pm in this neighborhood. If with a group, no problem. I have had no trouble, but recognise others may need this information.
