“Value for money!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012 via mobile

My husband and I stayed here for a night because of his work function nearby. We book it as a bed and breakfast option and it was reasonably priced. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice view from the six floor onto the Tarmac where we could see planes land and take off. Also very tasty breakfast in the morning. We would recommend this hotel!

Useful location at Hatton Cross and bought on one of their special deals. Rooms spacious and clean but starting to look shabby. Shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced, table lamp not working and should have been checked by housekeeping. There are better budget hotels in the area.

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night after arriving late at Heathrow. When we departed, I left my Iphone in the room. Many hours later, I realized that I did not have the phone and called the hotel. The cleaning lady had found the phone and turned it in to the manager, who locked it away for safe keeping. We returned to the hotel when we got back to London, but the manager on duty could not locate the phone despite trying for quite a long time. However, he followed through on his promise to contact the manager who had been on duty when the phone was found, and that person contacted me at my hotel in the city. And then he sent the phone to me at my hotel! Amazing! Everyone we dealt with couldn't have been nicer. We will always remember their kindness. (And by the way, our accommodation there was lovely.)

Stayed for 1 night before taking a morning flight to New York. Couldn't fault it. Got a good deal on the price about £48 without breakfast which we didn't need anyway, as our flight was early. Lovely clean comfortable room, great size with a comfortable bed and large shower. Very pleasant staff at the check in desk and just 1 stop on the tube/underground to Heathrow Terminal 3, really convenient. Also had free wi-fi so could order a pizza straight to the room. Would definitely stay there again if getting a morning flight.

I stayed here after a flight landed late and I had the next morning off to catch up on sleep. It's conveniently just near Hatton Cross tube (just 1 stop down the Picadilly Line from T123) and there was a warm welcome on arrival.

I arrived just after 10pm. The restaurant was closed but the bar was still serving food. The food was fine, my pint of beer however lacked life.

The rooms are comfortable, I had two double beds, andwas greatful for the heating control which kept the room toasty. Tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. Bathroom was simple but did the job, there was a bath.

Overall, one of the nicer budget chain hotels and I managed to get a decent price.

Needing a one night stopoverat Heathrow we chose the Jury's Inn. As it turned out it was a decent choice. Its fairly well located, a 10 minute taxi drive from T5 (£20-ouch!).

Check in was fine, our room suited us perfectly with a huge bathroom and views of the runway.

We used the hotel bar briefly and found it ok. Checkout - no issues other than the fact they may have charged me twice for my stay......to be resolved on my return.

Overall, this is a reasonable choice if you need somewhere overnight before a flight from LHR.
