My friend stayed here he and his partner where treated like rubbish. He complained about the smell in the room and the cigarette burns all over the place and was told to "wait his turn" as the guy was chatting in a foreign language on the phone. Eventually he was told the room was in this state because there was no cleaning staff available. They were then offered the suite which they took. And from there things got worse. In the hotels favour there were no cigarette burns on the carpet and table top but in the draw beside the door someone had left a whiskey bottle in the bottom with cigarette butt's placed inside. The bed springs stuck out the mattress was stained with? God knows what. The shower was cold and they were woken twice in the night by first of all a young child running around banging on doors "child at that time of night" and secondly at about 3am they we're woken to a fight outside in the street between two Russian sounding guys. They were glad to get out for the day and meet up for a reunion but obviously they were shaken-up and dreading returning. And so justified they were, on arriving back to there room they found that someone had been in looking around and the room was NOT cleaned. This time they both went to reception to complain and found the receptionist talking in some indian dialect arguing with a delivery driver from a milk delivery firm. Eventually they told him the situation and he apologised but didn't know who had been in there room. That was the final straw. They demanded there money back and were told "no refunds from the house" he offered them another room free breakfast and a bottle of house wine but they both walked and stayed with myself and wife. I suggest you do not ever enter this place it is filthy it smells and is falling to peices you won't get a good night's sleep because of the in-house kids or a local fight. No money back no nothing avoid avoid avoid.
