Yes it was £21.00 but a hotel should have beds you can sleep in, be clean and not have noisy teenagers running up and down the corridors all night. Never again! Stay it you are on a budget but you would be better paying a few pounds more to stay in the premier inn down the road, £10.00 more but money well spent.

Stayed here the night before flying out to the Denmark. This hotel is minging building site workers of the 1980,s may have been happy to stay in such a minging hole. However people traveling in 2012 aint. This hotel needs a complete makeover before it should allow guests through the door. You feel like you need a shower once you have left. One work MINGING is all that can be said of this place.

This is a hotel designed for airport travellers on a budget. It has a fairly modern look and feel although being a budget hotel do not expect to much.

Stay here if you are on a budget and are here for one night only and you get a good price. Personally I felt there was no need to pay any more for a single night on the way in.

To like:
- the price;
- room size was generous;
- very little outside noise;
- check in was fast and cheerful;
- the location - get here on the Hoppa (ten minutes at most) or by the local bus.
- the cafe area. Nice with a good feel and free wi-fi.
- the hot water was hot.

Not so good
- noise within the hotel was a little annoying;
- the room was clean but nothing to write home about;
- the bath/shower tap was broken;
- rubbish in the hotel area and car park was appalling;
- the pillows were terrible;
- only one towel was provided.

We've stayed at this travelodge many times in the past and have never had any problems, we just stayed here a few weeks ago and got a clean room with no issues, the only problem was the tv control was missing but this wasn't really an issue as we could still turn over on the tv and there wasn't really anything on anyway.

We had pre paid for the evening meal and breakfast, the evening meal had a good selection and its pretty good value for money. The breakfast on the other hand was shocking, we stay in travelodges all over the uk and had breakfast a number of times and have always had plenty of availability and choice, here there was basically bacon, scrambled egg and sausage, it was all pretty cold and hardly any availability, it was really quite but no excuse really.

We will continue to use this hotel as we've always had a good clean room and you certainly can't beat the price.
