“excelent hotel for reasonable price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

If you are ready to spend 40 minutes in the tube but to live in a big and comfortable room without listening what's going on in the steet, in the corridors or in your neighbor's room this is hotel for you. You will have realy spacious, comfortable room, big bathroom which looks modern
Everything is clean and fresh. There is a kettle with tea and coffee proveded. TV, WiFi are available. Hotel stuff is very friendly and ready to help.To compare with what is offered in city center for the same price here is a realy good bargain. Or you should pay a fortune in the centre for the same amenities. Save you money for shopping! By the way, The hotel is close to the tube and it's only 15 minutes from Heathrow airport. .

I've stayed in expensive business hotel that didn't deliver service the way this hotel has. The list is long: the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and has a duvet (vs sheet+blanket), the bathroom is new and clean, the hot water arrives instantly and is plentiful, kettle with tea and coffee provided, good lighting, windows that open, free WiFi with a strong and constant signal, friendly and helpful staff, good location for the Piccadilly line into Central London, plenty of places for clothes and suitcases, parking out back, and a good restaurant. The weather was bitter cold and we were given a small heater that worked a treat. We managed to get the plug in the sink stuck and a friendly plumber fixed it within minutes. And to top if all off I managed to knock over a glass of red wine that stained the bedding, floor and wall and the hotel manager was gracious in the way he handled it. All this for a great price. Hope you have the same positive experience we've had these past eight days staying here.

Room Tip: We were over the door to the parking lot and did hear some noises of rolling suitcases and people ta...

I was saved because Central London was full. They have good offers from time to time. Near the airport and the tube. Many cheap shops nearby. Kind receptionists. Breakfast included. Lifts, Wifi, Tv. ensuited bathrooms, nice rooms (tea and coffee+hair dryer), very clean, access for the disabled (not sure.)
It is very far from London, but it's better than having nothing. It's modern compared to other places and hotels nearby.

Room Tip: Anyone from the 2nd, 3rd and so on.

Friendly and helpful front line staff. The food quality can be improved. the rooms are acceptable but limited TV channels provided. The knowledge about the district and London should be improved. The food selection is limited. The amenities in bathroom are not satisfactory.

Having tried numerous hotels in this area I decided to give this one a try based on previous reviews - wish I hadn't. It was booked in July 2012 with request for high floor to the rear of the premises and got a first floor room at the front which proved to be very noisy due to road/air traffic noise and to some degree - vocal pedestrian noise. The glazing is far from adequate to supress these sounds. Yes, I know requests cannot be guaranteed but a booking made 7 months in advance and they cannot meet either shows a distinct lack of consideration. The room was drab with a badly marked carpet and the shower head was of poor quality plastic with several splits in the hand grip which allowed more water to spray all over the bathroom than to emerge from the shower rose. This was replaced with a slightly less damaged one - but not perfect. The laptop safe in the room was locked and could not be opened despite following the instructions provided. A request made at reception to solve the matter was NOT responded to during our stay. Sheets on the bed were extremely thin and had several holes as did some of the towels which may have started life as white but were more grey and quite hard. We chose not to eat in the hotel but on viewing the dining area to the side of reception it appeared rather small considering the number of rooms and possible guest usage. As with many of the hotels in this area it appears to be popular with group parties of all ages which tend to congregate in/around the lounge/dining area which could be off putting for other guests. Although the price paid for the early booking through Expedia was lower than the rates advertised in the hotel it was still way to high for the experience endured. Although the hotel is very close to the town centre it can be a very intimidating location for some people - at least the nearest tube station was only a couple of hundred yards away enabling travel to better surroundings.

Room Tip: Ask for but don't expect to get a high room to the rear - it may be quieter.

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It is clean, cheap and close to heathrow. It is close to the tube station. So, if you want to see London on a budget, and you don't mind the daily commute (it is approx 35-40mins to London central by tube) then this is not a bad option. There are many closer hotels, but then you are not going to get the same rates. The area is safe at night and there are plenty of shops in the area.

On arrival we were advised that our room had a water leak from above and could not be used. The hotel was full so no other rooms were available. Eventually we were offered a room at another hotel 15 minutes away. A brief look on Trip Adviser showed that this hotel had a lot of poor write ups, but as we were on tight timescale to catch the England v France game at Twickenham we reluctantly accepted.
The hotel did arrange with a local taxi firm to transport us to the 'new' hotel, then to Twickenham and back to the hotel in the evening and back to Days in the morning for breakfast (left my car there).
Can't therefore leave a full review but would consider booking again in the future.
