“Long sandy dog friendly beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2014 via mobile

A great place to walk the dog, we had two springer spaniels with us and the beach was long and safe and dog friendly all year round. The beach is sandy and the sea is close even when the tide is out. Car parking is good and inexpensive. There are toilets and usually a snack/ice cream van in residence each time we went there. We will go back this year.

“Great clean beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2014

Great beach for shell searching and a lovely stroll in the late winter fresh air.The beach was spotless even though at this time of year it was full of dogs, it was refreshing to see owners took responsibility seriously.

“Closed to Horseboxes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

This beach is currently closed to horseboxes due to coastal erosion and the recent storm surges. We went yesterday only to be turned back ( many other boxes and trailers were also) The farmer has said it may remain closed to horseboxes and trailers until Easter - best to check first

“perfect beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

this place is tucked away, but well worth the trip, it is clean and the expance of beach is big enough for armies of kids and adults alike. the is a small fee to the farmer who owns the land.

“Great for dogs and walkers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2013

We went to Fraisthorpe after reading other good reviews, after driving off the beaten track down past a farm you come across a car park just past a farm, toilets at the side of the farm as we'll with a honesty box inside, car park £1.00 today, again a honesty box. What a great Beach with great sands, head left up to Bridlington and grab a drink, fifth and chips or a nice cream, dogs can walk all way up the beach after Sept 1st to May. Definitely going back again soon. Fab :-)
