We live in kent but decided to have our wedding in The Burntwwood Court Hotel and i have to say it was the perfect choice. we could not of asked for a better day, the staff were very professional , friendly and polite, from start of the day to finish everything ran sooo smoothly. My partner had visited the hotel before on a buisness trip was very impressed with the food, staff and service and made arrangements to take me back there. I too loved the food etc.. and met with Michelle the following morning.Who talked me through the wedding packages and showed me around the hotel, which on that day just felt like it was meant to be, The room we got married in was beautiful, a lovey arch which the hotel supplied, plus flowers to match, the chandeliers made the room more romantic, the room with the welcome drinks was also lovely and the doors opened up to great surroundings with lots of garden space. The breakfast room was just amazing it was everything i wanted, I highly recommend this hotel, all my guests had a fantastic time and because we come from quite far most of the wedding party spent 3 nights in the hotel before the big day and made use of the swimming pool, gym spa etc.. and of course the 2 play areas for toddlers which the children loved there was something for everyone and i cannot thank the staff enough and look forward to going back next year for my first anniversay. Thankyou Catherine & Craig xx

Room Tip: to be honest all the rooms are lovely but of course i loved the bridal suite.

When spending a night here at a wedding party our electronic lock wouldn't work on our door, the night porter did nothing to help and assured us no one would get in! so we went the whole night worrying about our room. When checking out the receptionist told us their wasn't a manager on duty for us to talk to and to call the next day, when i called back it turns out we could have spoken to a manager and so the receptionist had lied! after numerous calls we have yet to receive an apology but have been called a lier ourselves and that we are over reacting. terrible , rude staff who have no costumer service. would not stop here again if you paid me.only 1 out of 5 as i had to.

We visited this hotel for a Spa Day and a couple of days catching up with some old friends in the area.
The hotel is well worth a visit the whole thing was excellent the food in the restaurant was great and a great experience with what can be described as fine dining.

The staff were excellent friendly and polite and Nicola on reception was lovely and most helpful.

The hotel does specialize in Weddings and event and they do it well all in all it is a great place and greatly recommended. I would certainly return. Raymond Taylor

Room Tip: We were in the annex and this was very nice and quiet would recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant day! From start to finish everything ran smoothly! The room was set up beautifully, better than we could have hoped or imagined. The tables looked perfect, the waiters and waitresses knew their job, were efficient, smart and went out of their way to make sure that we were all looked after. All of the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, the two people who we had most contact with were Michelle, who talked us through the planning, showed us the hotel and was there for us from start to finish. Eric was the star of the day, he kept us informed of deliveries, timings, dressed the tables to perfection and made sure everything went as it should (and calmed me down!) We were married at the hotel and had the reception there too. The food was out of this world, everyone said how lovely it was, the quality of it was excellent - compliments to the chef(s). We spent the night at the hotel in the bridal suite which was part of the package and had breakfast with some of our guests that spent the night also. We could not have wished for a better day and could not fault anything :) THANK YOU! :) If you're looking for a perfect hotel for a wedding - DEFINITELY consider Burntwood.

Room Tip: Most rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard

I would also like to thank all the staff for making this possible. Susan and David

We were travelling back from South England to Scotland late in the day, and came across this hotel purely by chance from asking someone local if they knew where we could get some accommodation and something to eat. Boy, were we lucky!
We arrived just after 8:30pm,the Receptionist, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful. He got us booked in, we freshened up, then we went over to the bar for something to eat. The menu was appetising with a good choice of dishes and a reasonable choice of drinks. The Bar staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The room was spacious, the bed clean and comfortable, and the en-suite was superb. Considering we had just paid the same rate (£70) at a 'quaint' guest house on the outskirts of Cambridge, for a tiny room that would have fitted in the en-suite, this room was bliss.

We had our wedding here at the qube on Friday 12th July and it was amazing. The venue was perfect set out just as We asked, the food was delicious all our guests enjoyed both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very modern and comfortable other guests staying at the hotel with us said rooms are very nice decorated and cleaned to a high standard. All of the staff we interacted with we're friendly and helpful and helped make our day perfect. Would recommend Burntwood Court/ The Qube to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
