“Very very good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

I stayed there back in October 2012 for 2 nights. Was very pleased with customer service. Hotel itself was very clean. The beds WOW best nights sleep I had in a long time. Lots of parking spaces. I also liked the fact it there was a 24hr service also. The hotel itself was just in the right place also. Not in the middle of the city but close enough to main places. Very very happy and I cannot wait for my next visit to the same hotel next year. Also the price was extremely good for the 2 nights I stayed.

clean hotel and nice lady at reception.
Had to ask for things to be replaced or topped up at breakfast otherwise ok.
The car park is free but cars were tightly packed in.
The restaurant next door was lively in the evenings with loud music coming from it, quieter in the mornings for breakfast.

Stayed here weekend november 23/24 , hotel car park free and space for plenty of cars, The check in was easy. we stayed room 72 which is facing car park and road ,thinking maybe traffic noise but no quiet for such a busy road, The metro is 5 mins walk just up passed the marks and spencers, and down the side street its on the right hand side through the car park. would stay here again yes indeed

I stayed at the Premier Inn at Prestwich with my husband and 2 children last weekend; there was free parking outside with a good few disabled spaces which I use. We arrived on Thursday to be greeting by a friendly receptionist, our room on the ground floor was comfortable, warm and most important clean, and cleaned fully every day during our stay. I can’t comment on the Breakfast as I’m not a morning eater, but my husbands and the kids had it and were impressed. We were making a weekend out if it as my husband and the kids were going to the match on Sat and I was doing a bit of retail therapy at the Trafford centre. This hotel was in a great location, only 15 min drive to the city and Old Trafford, with a 24hr Tesco across the road, for the midnight snacks!!! We had a great night sleep on Thurs & Fri night, but Sat night there was a group of boys in a couple of rooms adjacent to us. We were woken up to shouting etc. from the corridor outside our room. I informed the receptionist of the incident and she told me that she would deal with it and that the people responsible were checking out and wouldn’t be there on Sun night. When I arrived home today I checked my emails to discover that I was refunded the charge for Saturday night. I must say that this was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

A very comfortable stay, in a well-run hotel. The free parking was much appreciated (in contrast with the Premier Inn in nearby Bury).
It was great value for money - then again, it was a non-refundable deal, and the refundable rates are always pretty high.
Shame about the, er, ambience in the breakfast room (the adjoining TGI Friday restaurant). Some of us can't stand moronic commercial radio stations, and would rather be able to read the paper etc. in a bit of peace, instead of having our ears blasted with Ollie Murs and a shouty idiot DJ.

The Premier inn at Prestwich is in a very good location off the m-way near other facilities such as shops etc. The staff were very helpful who knew the local area and could direct us to recommended restaurants.
