Just wasted £60 on Sunday dinner In the three crowns. What a disappointing experience ! Ordered Sunday dinner for 3 adults and one child . The children's dinner was just beef on a plate, potatoes omitted , which we then had to request. The shared platter of vegetables for the four of us was the same portion size as other tables around us catering for two. The pork was meant to have crackling, but was unable to locate on the plate, maybe it had swam away the in brown water which was meant to be gravy. the apple sauce was just purée , from a baby food jar ?? I am not normally one to pass comment, but we left the three crowns feeling thoroughly dissatisfied and still rather hungry ! An unimaginative and lacklustre meal.
Many other much better places to eat Sunday lunch in the area!
The boat and horses on broadway at Chadderton hard to beat if you want a happy Sunday afternoon snoozing on the sofa with a sated smile on your face.
