Good golly Miss Molly. This place is virtually perfect. Great food, great staff, very friendly atmosphere.

I would dine with them weekly if I had the budget. For those after fine dining in wonderful surroundings its perfect.

The wine is a little pricey but the food more than makes up for this.

One of my work colleagues retired and instead of a leaving party she wished to take afternoon tea at Brockencote. Although a little surprised by the request we are so glad she chose this as her send off. What a wonderful afternoon we enjoyed with a fantastic spread of sandwiches and cakes served by very attentive staff. The tea was lovely and the atmosphere and ambience exquisite. Although initially the cost of afternoon tea may have seemed quite expensive, it is amazing value for money considering the quality and quantity of the food served up and the excellent service.

A wonderful experience in 1st Class surrounding . Staff were excellent and the ambience was wonderful . Afternoon tea for a friends birthday was an excellent choice with sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and an assortment of cakes, pastries , copious amounts of tea or coffee , we were fit to bursting when we left . A most definate place to visit again for a special event .

I needed a place for our family group of 8 including one in a wheel chair for a Sunday lunch, found Brockencote and booked a separate dining room for our party. It was a stab in the dark S it was an unknown quantity. From the moment on arrival till the last moment as we left, none of our party could give any other opinion than excellent to the meal, service and environs. The service at our table was superb, professional, not intrusive but very attentive by all we came across. Foodwise all enjoyed their 3 course meal at a snip of a price for AA 2 rosette standard cooking. The conservatory was a relaxing place for coffee etc afterwards. They even got me a birthday card they had written, a lovely personal touch. One of my rants is usually about waiters bringing food to the table and asking who ordered what , this did not happen, it just appeared in front of us.
So for a special Sunday lunch venue, it gets top marks, my 98 year old mother reckoned it was one of the best places she had been to, praise like that is indeed worth having.

I have just eaten a super vegetarian meal at this beautiful hotel. My partner spoke highly of his duck and salmon. We were seated in a tastefully decorated dining room where even the verbenas in the garden outside complemented the decor. We were by the French doors overlooking the terrace where the butterflys were dancing in the late summer sunshine.

I could not fault the service. The staff were attentive and charming. The bill was not cheap but you would not expect it to be however, it was good value and worth every penny. I have plans to come back again soon.

Stayed here as a birthday surprise arranged by my wife and have to say, she could not of chosen better! The room was huge and presented immaculately, the staff gave service second to none where nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were a joy to wander around.

All in all, a fantastic treat that I shall always remember.

We used to frequent this restaurant regularly in days gone past, wine tasting, fine dinning have now been replaced by a health regime that involves different bottled spring waters and a lettuce leaf.
To celebrate our wedding anniversary & a rare child free evening, we decided to revisit this old favourite, a haunt so regular, that we knew the staff and owners.
Knowing that it had changed hands to small group of hotels we approached with some trepidation as sequels often disappoint.
But no, too our delight it exceeded our expectations, the tastefully renovated restaurant, imaginative menu and sensible pricing was heartening, but the well trained, polite and knowledgeable french staff were excellent.
Three courses turned into six with the chefs little tasters and our unhurried dinning experience led to us leaving with the promise that our next visit would not be so long in the planning.

Today, facing a cos lettuce and Malvern's sparkling best for lunch, I felt compelled to share this appreciation with you and recommend this venue for a sophisticated dinning excursion .
