No real welcome on arrival and ignored at the bar for a long time while bartender went off to get a bag of ice. Cheapest item on the menu is £10 for lasagne. Soup is over £6 and specials are very expensive. Big fancy plates and nice table clothes but food only average. One friends choice of calamari was particularly nasty. Chocolate "soufflé" dessert was smaller than the ice cream scoop on top and was probably microwaved judging by the time between ordering and arrival. Bar bill was not itemised just a total of over £30 for mainly soft drinks. Waitress was pleasant but her assistant kept dropping things. Would be better if it went back to being a good value trattoria which apparently it used to be.
