Great relaxing and clean hotel. Very close to the park. We went for a romantic weekend and were very happy with the hotel. The staff was excellent as well as the accomodations! The gym was small but everything worked (which if you workout you will understand why I was happy and surprised with this). Would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed at the SpringHill Suites Hershey in July. The purpose of the trip was to attend the park as well as a concert at the Hershey Park stadium. The hotel location was great for both activities; literally a five minute drive from each to the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a nice amenity, though it can get crowded during the weekend.
We stayed in a jacuzzi room which was nice, but the jacuzzi was EXTREMELY noisy when in use. We asked the staff to take a look at it to make sure it was working properly and they stated that this was a normal occurence. While we enjoyed the jacuzzi, it wasn't exactly relaxing because of the noise and we felt the noise of the running jacuzzi may have disturbed guests in neighboring rooms, so we ended up shutting it off. Didn't seem to be worth paying so much extra money for such a nosiy "perk".
Would stay at this hotel again if in the area, but would NOT request/pay extra for the jacuzzi room. Overall, a nice, centrally located Hershey hotel.

We just returned from our stay at the springhill suites and It was a nice stay. The check in was very quick. Our room was a little small for four people. I wouldn"t exactly call it a suite, but it was spotless.. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is the best part of this hotel, Hershey park is one mile away. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Hershey. It was a nice, quiet and a clean place to stay.

This is a really great spot to zip to and from Hershey and the park itself. It is located in a rurally beautiful setting, and right next to the Antique Car Museum. Though it is not as packed with amenities as the Residence Inn in another city we'd just come from, it was clean and cheerfully decorated. Our room had a microwave, small fridge and kitchen sink. The pull-out bed in our King room was tight for a 12 and 15-year-old, but they managed. The room included breakfast and it was good other than that I missed having a fresh cut fruit selection. On a rainy day the room is too small to hang out in, but what this place has going for it is proximity to all, and you are not afraid to go barefoot in your room.
