I had a great time looking around Hershey's Chocolate world but have to agree with many of the comments. As a British visitor I had high expectations as the Cadbury Factory in Birmingham, UK is amazing and huge! You tour the factory and get free samples. Unfortunately, it felt like here at Hershey's there was just a lot of queing, a ride and then a big shop (not a problem as such, just expected more! Also, most of the good stuff to do involved an extra cost such as the make your own Hershey bar ($15) or the chocolate tasting adventure which was $10. I'd say ok for a quick trip but you cannot spend a day here unless you're willing to spend extra!

As a chocoholic, I love this ride! The entertaining train ride gives you information on everything about chocolates and Hersheys. You will definitely crave for chocolates because of the sweet, chocolate smell throughout the ride. The store is a chocoholic's dream come true. Lots of chocolates and related merchandise.

It's just a little ride , then a gift shop where you can buy Hershey stuff . Has a movie & some candy bar making area for extra $$$. Went through in 30 minutes. Not an all day thing

Tour was so cute kids had a blast. And at the end you get a free candy bar. Love love love the store. Tons of good deals on Hershey candy. The cafeteria had multiple options for food and dessert.
