You will either hear Bricco is really good or it is hit or miss. For a student run restaurant, in conjunction with the Hilton and HACC, it is overpriced. My husband had two meals in two consecutive visits that were subpar. The short ribs were recommended to us and they came out with little meat and an abundance of fat. When we brought this to the servers attention he said we must have gotten an 'end piece'. For the price, this was not acceptable. The next time, he ordered their seafood pasta, or whatever it was called. It came out with 2 clams, three shrimp and one mussel and a scallop. Again, for the price, this is nuts. when he asked why there was not more seafood we werer told they were gormet shrimp. Give me a break. I do like going to the bar for a glass of wine and an appetizer, this is the best deal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your dinner experience at Bricco. Please know that, although we are pleased to welcome talented students in the Culinary Arts Program at HACC, Bricco's management team has decades of experience in food service and culinary arts. I am pleased that you have visited us in the past and that you have enjoyed the appetizers and our extensive wine list. I regret that your most recent dining experiences were not to our high standard. Please know that we will use your feedback to monitor the quality and service that we are providing to our guests. Thank you again, and we look forward to welcoming you back.
