This hotel looked brand new to us but we have no idea if it is. The location was really nice, not in the city but not far and very quiet and serene. The rooms are large and well furnished with ample lights over the bed and finally a hotel with bedside outlets so we could plug up both of our phones. There was a lot of counter space and a pull out table to eat on and two arm chairs, the tv was high up on the wall so lying in bed and watching tv was nicer. The fridge was great it was roomy and had a separate freezer. It is better than your average HIE. The pool was very nice but freezing and the hot tub was hot but the jets were not working properly at the time. We used the laundry room and the wash was fine but the dryer broke and we couldn't dry, hope they fixed those two minor problems, this hotel gets an A+ from us.
