For the price of $50 (computer reservation with AARP card) per night I can't complain about this motel. It is clean and quite new. I found the desk people to be friendly, helpful and efficient. The amenities are "standard" and certainly not luxury. You might get a little foot noise from a floor above or maybe from the entryway if your room is situated near there. If a very light sleeper you might request a rear or an upper room? Cable was extended basic without HBO. Continental breakfast was included and the breakfast area looked spacious compared to many I have seen. Beyond this I can't comment because we opted for a full breakfast elsewhere.
The Cracker Barrel is two minutes down the road. Cabela's is obvious on a bluff nearby and is an experience unto itself with its displays of taxidermy and aquarium of native fish. If diner food not beneath you, breakfast is cheap and generous at Alice's Diner in downtown Hamburg. I noticed Penn Dutch food like pork and saurkraut was on the blackboard of dinner specials.
