“Local Food, Diverse Menu, Great Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

This is one of the finest restaurants we have ever encountered. The menu had plenty of choices appropriate for the season, the service was superb, and most entrees were under 500 calories sourced from local farms and markets. Loved the Oven Baked Goat Cheese, the Winter Salad, the Ratatouille Grinder and the East Coast Cod. The recommended wine hit the spot as well.

“Overpriced, poorly executed food...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2012 via mobile

Tried to order the scallops with pumpkin risotto, they were out of it. Disappointed, I ordered the braised short rib. It was so dry, I couldn't get 3 forkfuls down my throat. I told the waitress and just asked her to bring me out a filet, which is what my girlfriend had gotten. When it finally came out, it was a charred, well-done. I had ordered it medium rare. Finally, when I got the check, they charged me for the filet mignon, not the braised short rib, which was $10 more expensive than the short rib. The only good thing was that the manager paid for our dessert. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to Seasons 52; same idea, better execution.

“Great Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2012

Very different restaurant. All entree's prepared very well, somewhat expensive, that's ok - just visit when the pocket book allows, but visit.

“Great atmosphere, Great Service and Very Tasty food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2012

We had reservations and this was our first time at Harvest. First impression was great. Atmosphere very appealing. We got seated right away and the service was excellent. Atlantic Salmon was excellent as was Harvest Moon Chicken. $3 deserts also very tasty and right size. As others have said you leave very satisfied by not overstuffed. Good feeling. Only one criticism we have is with the Cheese Plate appetizer. It was served Very Cold. For cheese to taste the way it should, it needs to be served closer to room temperature. A good restaurant should know better. Other that that our entire visit was fantastic and we will be back.

“Excellent dining experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

I have been to Harvest a number of times now and the food and service are consistently excellent. We recently took my 12 year old son to Harvest and he loved it too! Plenty of healthy choices on the menu for picky kids! I had a fillet that was special and being evaluated for the next menu. It was cooked just right and you could just about eat it with a fork! Quite a contrast to a recent visit to Fugo de Chao in Philadelphia, a steakhouse where the steak left a lot to be desired! On a previous trip I had mussels in a Thai based broth - very flavorful. The servers are knowledgable and friendly as well. The only negative is that the place can get crowded so reserve early, or sit at the bar and have one of the delicous flatbreads!
